1. Definitions

For the purposes of this agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below:

• Account: The registered user profile created by a Member on the roma99 platform, through which all transactions, wagers, and interactions with the Service are conducted.
• Balance: The total amount of funds (in Indonesian Rupiah, IDR) held in a Member's Account at any given time, including deposits, winnings, bonuses, and any applicable adjustments.
• Bonus: Any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other incentive granted by roma99 to a Member's Account, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• Deposit: The transfer of funds from a Member's external bank account or e-wallet into their roma99 Account Balance, processed via the payment methods supported by the Platform.
• KYC (Know Your Customer): The mandatory identity verification process requiring submission of government-issued identification, proof of address, and other documents to confirm a Member's identity and age.
• Withdrawal: The transfer of funds from a Member's roma99 Account Balance to their registered external bank account or e-wallet, subject to verification and processing times.
• Wagering Requirement: The number of times a Bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) must be wagered before the Bonus funds or winnings derived from them can be withdrawn as real cash.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Residency Requirements

To register and use the roma99 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. Online gambling is restricted to adults in Indonesia, and roma99 strictly enforces this age requirement through mandatory KYC verification.
• You must be a legal resident of Indonesia with a valid Indonesian address and government-issued identification (KTP Nasional or equivalent).
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of roma99 complies with all applicable local, regional, and national laws.
• You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Indonesian law. If you are registering on behalf of another person or entity, you must have full legal authority to do so.

2.2 Account Creation

Each Member is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. Creating multiple accounts (commonly known as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any funds or winnings. roma99 uses advanced fraud-detection systems to identify duplicate accounts based on personal information, device fingerprints, IP addresses, and payment methods.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued ID), date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.

2.3 KYC Verification

All Members must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal request can be approved. KYC verification requires you to submit the following documents via the secure document-upload interface in your Account settings:

• Government-issued photo identification: A clear, legible copy of your Indonesian National ID Card (KTP Nasional), passport, or driver's license. All four corners of the document must be visible, and the photo, name, date of birth, and ID number must be clearly readable.
• Proof of address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months that confirms your residential address. The document must display your full name and address matching the details provided during registration.
• Selfie verification: A live photograph of yourself holding your government-issued ID next to your face. This confirms that the Account holder matches the submitted identification documents. Our system uses facial recognition technology to verify the match.

KYC verification is typically completed within 1 to 24 hours of document submission. If additional information is required, our compliance team will contact you via email. Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of registration may result in account restrictions, including inability to withdraw funds.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

roma99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment methods:

• Bank Transfers: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri (Bank Mandiri), CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, and BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia).
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

All financial transactions are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits from international payment methods or currencies other than IDR are not accepted.

3.2 Deposit Limits and Processing

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual transactions may be subject to limits imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider. Deposits are processed in real time during Indonesian banking hours (typically 08:00–21:00 WIB for bank transfers; instant for e-wallets). Off-peak deposits may take up to 24 hours to reflect in your Account Balance.

roma99 does not charge any fees for deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees, which are beyond our control.

3.3 Withdrawal Limits and Processing

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. The maximum withdrawal amount per transaction is Rp 100.000.000 (one hundred million Rupiah). Members may submit multiple withdrawal requests per day, subject to cumulative daily limits determined by their VIP tier status.

Withdrawal requests are processed within 5 minutes to 24 hours for verified Accounts. BCA and BRI withdrawals are typically approved within 5 minutes during banking hours. Other bank transfers may take up to 24 hours. E-wallet withdrawals are processed instantly upon approval.

All withdrawals are subject to KYC verification. If your Account has not completed KYC, your withdrawal request will be placed on hold until verification is complete. roma99 reserves the right to request additional documentation or conduct further verification checks before approving large withdrawals or withdrawals from Accounts flagged by our fraud-detection systems.

3.4 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy

roma99 is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. All deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time before they can be withdrawn. This means if you deposit Rp 500.000, you must place at least Rp 500.000 in total wagers (win or lose) before a withdrawal request will be approved. This is a standard AML requirement and applies to all Members regardless of VIP status.

Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name matching the name on your roma99 Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Any attempt to withdraw funds to an account not registered in your name will result in the withdrawal being cancelled and your Account being flagged for investigation.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Bonus Terms

roma99 regularly offers promotional Bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP rewards. All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published on the Bonus page or promotional announcement. These terms include but are not limited to:

• Wagering Requirements: The number of times the Bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) must be wagered before Bonus funds or winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements typically range from 10x to 35x depending on the Bonus type.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games may contribute 10–50%, and sports betting may contribute 50–100% depending on the odds wagered. Check the specific Bonus terms for details.
• Maximum Bet Limit: While a Bonus is active, there is usually a maximum bet limit per spin or per wager (typically Rp 25.000 to Rp 50.000). Exceeding this limit may void the Bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• Expiration Period: Most Bonuses must be claimed and wagering requirements completed within a specified timeframe (typically 7 to 30 days). Unclaimed Bonuses or unmet wagering requirements will expire and be forfeited.

4.2 Bonus Abuse

roma99 reserves the right to cancel any Bonus, void winnings, and suspend or terminate Accounts engaged in Bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same Bonus multiple times, colluding with other Members to manipulate wagering requirements, placing opposite bets on the same event to "churn through" wagering requirements risk-free, or any other strategy intended to exploit Bonuses without genuine gameplay.

5. Betting Rules and Game Integrity

5.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on roma99 are final and cannot be cancelled or modified once confirmed. It is your responsibility to verify that your bet selections, stake amounts, and odds are correct before confirming a wager. roma99 is not liable for any errors made by the Member when placing bets.

Bets placed on sports events are settled based on the official result as declared by the governing body of that sport (e.g., FIFA for football, FIBA for basketball). If an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will typically be voided and stakes returned, unless otherwise specified in the market-specific rules.

5.2 Prohibited Betting Practices

The following betting practices are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of winnings:

• Arbitrage Betting: Exploiting odds discrepancies between roma99 and other platforms to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome.
• Syndicate Betting: Coordinating with other Members or third parties to place bets as part of an organized betting syndicate.
• Use of Bots or Automated Software: Using any automated system, bot, script, or third-party software to place bets, scrape odds data, or interact with the platform.
• Match Fixing or Inside Information: Betting on events where you have insider knowledge or involvement that provides an unfair advantage.

5.3 Slot and Casino Game Fairness

All slot games, live casino games, and RNG-based games offered on roma99 are provided by licensed third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Pocket Games Soft (PG Soft), Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Play'n GO, and Spribe. These games are independently certified for fairness by accredited testing laboratories such as eCOGRA, iTech Labs, and GLI.

roma99 does not control or manipulate game outcomes. All games use Random Number Generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, physical equipment (cards, dice, roulette wheels) operated by professional dealers. The RTP (Return to Player) percentage of each game is published on the game information page and represents the theoretical long-term payout percentage across millions of spins or hands.

6. Responsible Gaming

6.1 Age Restriction

Online gambling is restricted to individuals aged 21 years or older in Indonesia. roma99 strictly enforces this age requirement through mandatory KYC verification. If we discover that a Member is under 21 years of age, their Account will be immediately suspended, all funds forfeited, and the matter reported to the appropriate authorities if necessary.

6.2 Self-Exclusion and Account Controls

roma99 provides a range of responsible gaming tools designed to help Members maintain control over their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for 24 hours after being set.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum net loss amounts per day, week, or month. Once reached, you will be unable to place further bets until the next time period begins.
• Session Time Limits: Set reminders or automatic logout after a specified duration of continuous play (e.g., 1 hour, 2 hours, 4 hours).
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from accessing your Account for periods ranging from 24 hours to 6 months or indefinitely. During self-exclusion, you will not be able to log in, deposit funds, or place bets.
• Reality-Check Reminders: Periodic pop-up notifications showing your current session duration and profit/loss.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

7.1 Grounds for Suspension or Termination

roma99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at our sole discretion if we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Member has violated these Terms and Conditions.
• The Member has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• The Member is under 21 years of age.
• The Member has created multiple Accounts.
• The Member is engaged in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• The Member is using bots, automated software, or other prohibited tools.
• The Member is colluding with other Members or exploiting system vulnerabilities.

7.2 Consequences of Termination

If your Account is terminated for violation of these Terms, roma99 reserves the right to:

• Void all pending bets and winnings.
• Confiscate any remaining Account Balance (subject to applicable laws).
• Block your access to the platform permanently.
• Report the matter to relevant authorities if illegal activity is suspected.

If your Account is terminated for reasons other than Terms violations (e.g., you voluntarily close your Account), your remaining Balance will be returned to you after deducting any applicable withdrawal fees or outstanding liabilities.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Platform Availability

roma99 strives to provide 24/7 platform availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., internet service provider outages, distributed denial-of-service attacks, natural disasters).

roma99 is not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by platform downtime, delays, or technical malfunctions. In the event of a technical error that affects the outcome of a bet (e.g., incorrect odds displayed, bet not properly recorded), we reserve the right to void the affected bets and refund stakes.

8.2 Third-Party Services

roma99 integrates third-party services including payment processors, game studios, and live-odds data providers. We are not responsible for the actions, errors, or omissions of these third parties. If you experience an issue with a third-party service (e.g., a bank transfer delay, a game malfunction), you should contact that service provider directly, though our support team will assist where possible.

8.3 Maximum Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indonesian law, roma99's total liability to any Member for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member into their Account during the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the roma99 platform including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and data compilations is the property of roma99 or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without express written permission from roma99. Unauthorized use of the platform's intellectual property may result in legal action.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia.

10.2 Dispute Resolution Process

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding your Account, a transaction, or any aspect of the roma99 service, you must first contact our customer support team at [email protected]. We will make every effort to resolve the issue amicably and fairly within 14 business days.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you may escalate the matter to our Compliance Department by emailing [email protected] with full details of your complaint, supporting documentation, and your desired resolution. The Compliance Department will investigate and respond within 30 business days.

11. Amendments to Terms

roma99 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. All changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If a change to these Terms materially affects your rights or obligations, we will notify you via email and/or an in-platform notification. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and close your Account.
